During my free time I would flip thru it, and read some of the questions and answers in the book.
And there was this particular one that caught my attention:
Gullible or Gutted?
My husband came home from a business trip two months ago, and told me he's gay. We've been married quite happily for five years, always had sex, so I was devastated when he told me. We're getting divorced- quite amicably(and I had a negative HIV-test which reassured me). But I'm sure my friends wont believe me when I say I didn't know. Am I stupid not to have noticed anything?
Just some pointers from the author:
1. Most women whose husband come out have no idea they were gay.
2. Research by Aminty Pierce Buxton carried out and says: those husband came out as gay after twenty-five years of marriage
3. Most women would be shattered when their husband tells them they are gay.
4. Some women thinks that the infidelity is worse, because its with a MAN.
5. Most of the time you wouldn't know if your husband is actually gay. (from a survey)
6. Research shows that gay men marry women because they want family life and children. They intellectually falls in love with a woman while wanting sex with men.
You know after reading this.. I was like.. this sounds familiar.
hahaha!
We talked about this before! About the other party turning lesbian or gay..its pretty devastating.
Don't worry on my side. I won't turn lesbian. As I don't support it.
Will tell you another story next time. Pretty freaky..but yes God is powerful. And He is watching !
