Bought Laksa back home for lunchiee.. We think its malaysia laksa, cuz it does not taste like our local laksa back home in sunny singapore (:

Spent the afternoon doing some grocery shopping and getting a mini table lamp and a new pot.

Cuz I burnt my pot.. :(

This time I decided to get a stainless steel one, so that even if I am to cause another disaster, its not going to spoil my pot's coating :D

Bought watercress from Fresh World, today is my first attempt to cook "西洋菜汤"

Ingredients:

1. Chicken Breast Bone

2. Dried Scallop

3. Ginger

4. Dried Clams

5. Watercress

6. WATER of cuz

7. Salt

8. NO MSG (:

boiled it for about 2 hours, to make the stalk of the watercress soft and nice! :D

And here is my "西洋菜汤"
