I must mention this.

They have a 1st class service too!

Called them up because darling thought he left his camera in the hotel, so they had to look thru their lost and found system to see if anything was found.

to add on! their system was down, but I told her I was in the City, so it would be best if she could let me know if darling really left his camera behind, and she called me back after an hour or so.
