I have decided that... THESE are the MUST do things.
1. To get baptized in 2011.
2. To pray and walk with God, may He lead me to a suitable job where I can glorify His name.
3. To start DIETING from break week onwards till I return home ( because I can no longer wear my jeans :( :( .. I have a serious lack of clothes now....)
4. Crunches and Sit-ups every alternate day from break week onwards.
5. Run every alternate day after I return back to Singapore.
6. Swimming once a week?
7. Pick up dance ? pilates? hrmmm...
So my diet plans would be...
1. Cut down on FAT milk. Time to drink low fat milk
2. Cut down on snacking.
3. Cut down on Carbo. Less rice, less pasta, less instant noodles, anything carbo
4. More fruits and salad!
Hopefully it would work out. I wanna wear my jeans again!
