Unconditional Love

If you truly love someone, you would do anything within your limits. Love without boundaries. You only live once, so put your best in it, before you regret it.

Wouldn't you do anything for the one you love?
As if you are living for the very last day of your life?

You never know when the Lord would take you away, today might be your last day on earth. You may never wake up from your sleep, you may just die from a cardiac arrest without knowing, anything.

So why do you take things for granted?
Why do you not love like it's the last day on earth?

Just because you don't do that for yourself, why can't you do it for others?
Must everything be so rational?
Must everything make sense?
Before you put things into action?

Isn't LOVE sufficient enough for you to want to do things unconditionally?

Love is all about being...
irrational.
silly.
simple.
give and take.
gracious.

Wouldn't making the one you love smile bring a smile to your face too?
Like simply appearing at my door step and surprising me?

Surprising me with my favorite candy? Forrest Berries, which you say it tastes like YUCK. But I love it?
Even a can of coke would make me happy.

I really wonder why.

Love like it's the last day of your life.
Else one day you may regret it, and it would be all too late.
You would reproach yourself, saying "If only I did this and that..."
"IF" is a word of comfort.
But we all know, the word "IF" cannot change things.
By then, it would be too late.

I always thought it's the norm to love the person more than you love yourself, and you would do things, even the smallest slightest thing to make him/her smile.
Someone please enlighten me on this?

Is it me or is it him?

I wonder.
