I am weak. :(

Beginning of the year, I told myself I need to shed off some kilos, at least 3 to fit back into my jeans and look fitter and healthier. Plus it would help loads when I go snowboarding in December at least. Well I did run once before the new year. And again today.
But today, FAIL, I am weak.
I ran 2 rounds around the track for warm up, stretched and headed to the stair case, the one which always kill me during grand finale, reaching to the top felt like FOREVER. The first round up and down was not too bad, I was tired, but still manageable. But the 2nd time I ran up, my legs felt weak, body didn't feel quite right, but I pushed myself to the top. And when I reached the top, I rested a while before doing some sit ups. And continued to rest for a little while more.
As I was walking back down, I felt sick in my stomach, I felt like puking and was feeling faint. FAIL. :(
Thank goodness I reached the grandstand safe and sound and not tumbled down the steep stairs. And I brought some coins out so that I can buy a drink, so I got myself a can of 100 Plus, sat down, still feeling sick and faint, called my dad to fetch me and drank up.
Sigh, so much for trying to keep fit.
Well we both suspect I was dehydrated, because I felt much better after the drink, but I think it could be due to the thing is coming too.
Hopefully it hurts less this month, I exercised twice! hope it counts =X

Its getting late already, I shall head to bed.
