My my, it has been a year since we started this monthly "hot date". Do hope you guys have been enjoying reading my very crappy reviews of places we have been too. We do hope you have also been inspired to visit some of the places mentioned on my hot date posts. They aren't very detailed because I'm a super lazy person. I know I should put in more effort in my writing, but oh wells! I will try!

As the boy is now station in KL, going on our dates would be a lil harder, some may be in KL some may be here, in sunny lovely Singapore. So he was in town during CNY, that's when we did our date (:

I used to stand across the Broadway theatre in Sydney, outside my favorite Thai restaurant in Sydney called Chat Thai, staring at the Wicked posters. Back then, I was a poor student, I really wanted to catch the musical, but I couldn't bear to use my parents money to watch it. So I only could stare at it. I stared at it for almost 1.5 years! Until they left Sydney! So this time, now that they are here, and I don't need to take my parents money, I decided, this is it, we must catch it! (:

Been hearing very good reviews about it. And yes it's as good as what people have been talking about. The music, the dancing, the story line. I shouldn't tell you much about it, else I would spoil the musical.

I can't quite remember what was the storyline for the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but it more or less brought back some memories. Perhaps you should catch it before going to watch Wicked. ;)

The other musical that I really like was the Phantom of the Opera, I love their music and can even study with it. Mad I know, but the music is awesome. If I do get another opportunity, I would catch it again.

Sorry there are no pix for this post except for the ticket, didn't have any time to take pix at all, we had to rush to eat and then straight to the musical.
