To a place called home.
My real home.
The mad packing, clearing, throwing once again, cleaning up both houses, painting, reno works, all these were physically draining. I felt like I worked 18 hours a day. :( March was a tiring month.
But with all these pains we had to go through together with mommy and daddy... we pampered ourselves and got ourselves awesome beds. (:
Sleeping around in centre point. Trying all sorts of beds. And I chose this one... This bed gives the feel like you are being wrapped up and loved by the softness of the bed. It's supposed to be good for your back too. And so far it has been the highlight of my day every night. (:
Mommy and daddy got this bed... It's this year's valentine's day special bed.
So sweet of daddy to get it. :D
And then the boyfriend came back during one of the weekends because I said I missed him. (:
Such simple things do make me happy. (:
We had dim sum in RWS that weekend @ Feng Shui Inn. The dim sum is pretty good. Won't mind going back there for dim sum again! ((:
The yummilicious dim sum!
The day my bed arrived... pardon my messy room. Nothing was cleared up or unpacked then.
My kiddos and me. I like big beds. (: Then I won't need to wake up in the middle of the night to find my kiddos on the floor :(
My handsome boy with my new table lamp and pink wall (:
The week before the boyfriend came up. The week after, we drove up! (:
Was supposed to go up with Ele babe, but she got called up for Frankfurt... our mini getaway was taken away just like that. :( SAD! Hopefully there would be another weekend we can do this soon.
I broke a new record of 3 hours this time to KL. :D
Not faster than somebody of cause..... but still... I was a lil bit too fast my uncle/cousin couldn't catch up with us. haha! But I truly enjoyed the drive. Wooots!
The main highlight of the trip was to eat THIS! Snowflake. Somehow I tend to crave for it while I'm here. I know its fattening, but who cares! (: It's mega yums!
The next day, dearie went to play frisbee early in the morning..... yawnsss!!!! I slept in... woke up, cleaned the house, did the laundry, and then headed out to KLCC on my own!
Boy was I terrified. But I survived and came back with all these stuffs :D
Thanks baby for shopping money ! ((:
(or maybe that was my maid fees.... hrmmmms......)
Our only pix for that weekend. (: my face looks fat... maybe i have been eating too much and not burning any fats at all! *depressed*
And now back to Singapore with the gf... Ele.
We finally managed to go to Sauce @ the esplanade for dinner. The food is a lil fusion Western with Jap. We had their Fish and Chips and a normal drink. No alcohol! :D Alcohol free day!
Ambience is different from your normal chill out place, it's kinda set on the greens. Makes you feel like you are on a resort in the middle of Esplanade. And they have funny chairs!
Price wise, it isn't very expensive we spent about $50 bux for 2, remember to use your DBS/POSB debit credit card, you get 10% off (:
In short: Nice chill out place if you are looking for a place with less people and a great view of Singapore (:
To end off... us in Ele's new nerdy specs from Europe.
Ele asked why is she worth less than me! HAHA I didn't even know there was a price tag till she pointed it out.
That happens when you walk and edit pix :p
That's all for now!
Have a good week!
xoxo
Steph
