Melbourne - Snowboarding Trip!

I'm back! Feeling much better, relaxed and ermmm bruised.
The one week holiday in Melbourne together, just flew by like that. :(
It felt very short. How I wish we are situated in a country with snow filled mountains where I can satisfy my snow boarding cravings. A very expensive sports I must say though. But the adrenaline it gives me, invaluable.

This 3rd trip to the mountains have been a rather fruitful one.
Thank God for the good weather too! Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to finally carve the snow. Geez, thinking of it now... I really wish I could be on top of a snowy mountain carving the snow...! I was so reluctant to leave on the last day.... Even though it was snowing and our vision was practically impaired. But I was enjoying and savoring every moment! I liked one of the slopes in particular, it's very wide, a little steep to give you speed but yet very well groom snow for boarding or skiing. On top of that, there weren't many people on the slopes, other than the ski school kids. That was the slope that allowed me to master carving. I'm no longer afraid to do the toe-side. Woots!
Next up..... I want to learn how to jump! But that would probably be at the expense of more bruises. hehee! Sadistic sport huh? It's all part of the package... No pain no gain. And who says snow is soft and you won't get hurt falling on it.... The TV and books have been misleading us! :p

Before I bore you to death.... let the pictures do the talking!

SIN-SYD - I get to transit in my favorite place. I miss you Sydney!
