Foot soak time!

I have this weird fetish. I like to have my feet soak and scrubbed. Which equates to I LOVE PEDICURE!
But being poor me... at the moment.... am not willing to splash away my money every time I crave to have my feet soak in that luke warm water, massaged and scrub by the manicurist too.

Therefore I invested in this!

I love the smell of Crabtree & Evelyn's La Source.... so this is a bonus for my feet.
The  Foot Smoother is like a scrub... it's contents contain a blend of Tahitian sand, salts and fine pumice.

Usually I would fill a tub of water with slightly warmer than luke warm water because I love real HOT water, although I know it's really bad for the skin. I would soak my feet inside for a while to relax them and then apply a generous amount of the Foot Smoother to one foot at the time, rubbing it through my toes and around my foot, with particular attention to my horrible callus which is just on one spot of both feet which often gives me problems when I walk on cold hard floors. :(

After which I would allow my feet to soak a while longer in the warm water, to help soften the skin. By now my feet are feeling silkier and baby soft from the scrub.

Then it's time to scrub it with the foot scrub, this is 1 of them which I have, I got this from guardian  (I think......). one side is rougher than the other, but I cant really tell... so I just use which ever and just scrub my feet evenly and pay more attention to my calluses. I have another pumice stone from body shop, I prefer that compare to this foot scrub, the feel during the scrub feels more gentle. But both works equally as well.
Just be careful not to over scrub! I did that once.. and it was... ouchhhh... afterwards. All because of a korean drama.... heh!

After the scrub, I usually gently massage my feet and soak it for a while longer before drying them and giving it a final wash with some warm water.

And now I have baby-soft silky feet + pain free!

yipee!

(:

Till then...
with many updates to post on... like the brother's Singapore wedding and my long awaited Korea trip that ended in a FLASH....
I so want to go back there again!
Sneak peak of Yong Pyong Ski Resort!
Take care my secret readers... the Lunar New Year is just around the corner. Remember to take your vitamin C and drink lotsa water.

xoxo
